    落后就要挨打！我们从失败中悟出了这个道理。正因为这样我们中华民族才不断涌出无数的英雄豪杰。他们的名字家喻户晓。赤胆忠心的张继业；精忠报国的岳飞；鸦片战争中的抗英官员林则徐；“我自横刀向天笑”的谭嗣同......正是有了这些仁人义士，我们中华民族才得以存活至今。
    当毛主席响亮的声音传遍大江南北，全国人民一齐欢呼；当“东方之珠”——香港回归时，全国人民一齐欢庆；当祖国首都申奥成功时，全国人民为之雀跃；当中国加入世界贸易组织时，全国人民一齐高呼......如今的中华民族已逐步走向繁荣富强。
    “捐躯赴国难，视死忽如归”“一身报国有歹死，双鬓向人无在青”等都是报国的豪言壮语。
    祖国啊！你永远在我心中！
